The question
What your people decide about each case. The model reads this first.
Each answer, in your words
The description is what the model judges against: it is where accuracy comes from. Start with the answers it misses most.
What could close by itself
From the last check. Until you press Allow, no rule in the record lets the machine finish an answer alone; the weekly check keeps checking each one you allow.
People
Who may sign which answers. An invite is an email with a personal sign-in link; making a new one stops the old link.

Settings and approvals
Every lever, for the organization and each role. People change what you leave open; a lock decides it for everyone below. Each change is committed under your name, and every signature records the settings it was made under.
Agents may sign
Let an agent sign one answer in a situation you name, at a bar you set, until a date. Only where your last check shows it would have signed at least five past cases there with none wrong; never an answer a person always decides. Under a grant the agent makes the call and signs as itself: its signatures are its own, never counted as your people's decisions; a share still reaches a person; any wrong answer on a later check suspends it.

Surfaces
What each role sees, regenerated from this record. Name a role and the task in front of them; the model lays out their inbox from your answers and your cases, and you preview it before anyone uses it.

The weekly check
On a real record, every change here is written to the record's plain files and committed to its history under your name; in this demo nothing is saved. Nothing on this page signs a case.
